- General Assembly take place in Ayvalik (Turkey) hosted by Genctur. Katja Leszinski (ijgd) was elected as Alliance President.
- It was decided to apply for membership at the European Youth Forum.
- CIEE (USA) was welcomed as new Alliance member.

- The Alliance is starting an Collective EVS-Project "Rainbow".
