Training Needs Working Group
The Training Needs Working Group maps and addresses the needs in terms of Training and Education in the level of Alliance as network but also in the level of the member organisations.
General tasks of the TNWG at the Alliance level:
- Development, monitoring and assessing the implementation of the Training and Education policy;
- Preparation, implementation and methodical support of educational activities and trainings according to the needs in the Alliance and among the member organisations;
- Updating and disseminating important educational outputs in the Alliance.
TNWG maps and addresses the needs in terms of Training and Education in the level of Alliance as network but also in the level of the member organisations.
The specific tasks of the Training Needs Working Group for the current year, are described in the strategic Plan of Action 2021-2022 adopted by the General Assembly of members 2020.
