Raising Peace toolkits 2016 in workcamps

The Alliance participated to the Raising Peace Laboratory organized by CCIVS in Athens on April 2016, with the support of the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe. The aim was to produce tools for the workcamps 2016 to raise awareness about Human Rights, and specifically Gender and Migration issues.

The results include two toolkits, addressed to camp leaders and trainers, that all Alliance and CCIVS organisations are invited to disseminate and use during the workcamp season 2016:

• Toolkit to work on Migrations and Human Rights in international workcamps, which also tackles Alliance topic of the year "Migrants"
• Toolkit to work on rights connected to gender, sexuality and bodily autonomy

Those organisations that will implement one or more of these simple and short activities in the workcamps, is warmly invited to collect and publish photos about the action on its social media, using the tags #SDGAction | #MakeChangeHappen | #IVS4Peace.
