Alliance Joint Meeting #1 (12th – 16th of January 2023)

Between the 12th and 16th of January, 27 participants who are involved in different Alliance bodies came together for the first Joint Meeting of the network in Prague, Czechia hosted by our member organisation INEX - SDA.

During three productive days, apart from kicking off the yearly activities in 2023 for the network, we worked on improving the communication and co-working skills between different structural bodies. Also, 2023 will be the first year for us to try out the new structure which includes a new structural body concept called “Teams” which was preceded by the Executive Committee of Alliance in order to provide more space to Alliance member organisations to engage in the daily decision-making processes of our network.

Last but not least, special thanks to our volunteers of the “Necessary Action Group January Joint Meeting” who guided us during the meeting with great facilitation, and of course to our INEX-SDA for their great hospitality!
