Constitution and Standing Orders
The Constitution is the document that gathers the working principles and main governing regulation of our network. It can be amended only by the General Assembly of members. The current version has been updated after the General Assembly 2023.
The Standing Orders contain several procedures, rules and interpretations of the Constitution, which are frequently used in the Alliance. They are meant as a set of rules and guidelines to help the members and the Executive Committee during the General Assemblies and through the year. The current version has been amended by the General Assembly 2023.
