“Sum up the best” of 2015

This toolkit is the outcome of the Staff Evaluation Meeting “Sum Up the Best” (3-6 November 2015) organised by the Alliance Staff Development Working Group with the support of VJF (Germany) and Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

It describes successful and useful practices for placement officers and workcamp organisations on:

1. Promotion of workcamps for incoming and outgoing volunteers
2. Preparation of volunteers (both incoming and outgoing)
3. Evaluation tools
4. Recruitment and preparation of camp leaders
5. Using the potential of returning volunteers after workcamps

Each section introduces the main challenges identified during the Staff Meeting, the good practice shared and some interesting ideas and tools for future development. More information and an internal report about the Staff Meeting 2015 are available on the members' private area of the website.
